DAILY OPERATIONS
Monday to Friday
- The driver of the PPTN Bus will notify clients within 10-15 minutes of arrival in given window am/pm.
- At time of arrival, clients will be given a notification text. Clients will have 5 minutes to get to the bus. This does not include dogs who are to be picked up from the place of residence. Clients are expected to bring dogs to the bus if they are at home to load on the bus.
- Clients need to allow the bus driver to load dogs on the bus from a safe distance. We would ask that you hand off the dog to the driver and stand back at least 5 feet from the bus. This will apply for Drop-Offs as well.
- If clients are at home, but unable to meet the driver at the bus, they need to notify the driver and come to the bus to pick up the dog prior to bus’ arrival. Clients may be charged a fee for convenience of delivery unless you have pre-arranged for the dog to be dropped off inside as opposed to meeting the driver at the van.
- If the bus arrives for pick ups in the morning and the client has been texted 10 min before arrival, as well as texting the client upon arrival to the residence and no confirmation has been received with in 5 min, this will count as a “strike” After 3 ”strikes” the client will lose a day of daycare from their package.
- Meeting areas will be predetermined and clients will be notified if they meet the criteria for pick-ups/meeting areas as options are available. The same meeting areas will be available in the afternoon as well.
- First time riders will need to have attended a day of daycare prior to riding on the bus, to make sure that they are comfortable with other daycare friends. Clients can drop off dogs between 9:30 – 10:15 am at PPTN for the first day of daycare.
DAYCARE
- Dogs that have been dropped off at PPTN Farm for Doggy Day Care will need to be picked up between 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm.
- Dogs being dropped off at PPTN farm for DDC will be able to drop off between 9:30 am – 10:15 am.
- Clients will need to notify the staff by 1:00 pm if they feel they may be running behind and need a later pick up.
VISIT FREQUENCY
We ask that your dog visits PPTN on a routine basis, at least twice a month. Here’s why:

- Familiar Territory – If your pup returns on a regular basis, there is less likely to be any behavioral reaction to boarding, daycare activity times.

- Social Anxiety Management – Your dog needs social interaction, iif you would like for us to be the place for this to happen a routine visit, weekly or monthly could help immensely with different aspects of dog behavior.

- Feels like Home – Our goal over everything else is to present an environment where your pup feels safe and happy here on the ground. They feel like this is “their home away from home!” To keep that familiar feeling we need to see them on a regular basis.
BOARDING
- Boarding will now be day by day basis, meaning if a dog arrives in the morning, they would also be going home during the morning period, if they are being delivered by the bus, dogs could be arriving at home as early as 6:00 – 7:00 am on the day of returns.
- Should clients request the day of DDC then there will be a charge for DDC only added to the invoice for the day. Daycare packages may be used for this as well.

- For example: If your dog arrives at PPTN in the morning for a boarding stay, and you would like them delivered in the afternoon, your account will be charged a day of daycare for an afternoon drop off.

- All boarding clients requiring pick up/drop off services on the bus, will have to request AM pickups for boarding. Otherwise dogs would need to be dropped off at the farm between the times of 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
- Morning arrivals/departures must happen before 1:00 pm. Dogs can be dropped off as late as 1:00 pm at PPTN farm. They will need to be picked up by 1:00 pm on the day of departure, otherwise client will be charged a full-day of daycare until 3:00 pm. Pick-ups after 3:00 pm will be charged for the full day of boarding. Pickups after 3:00 pm are by availability only and must be scheduled in advance.
- Dogs that primarily board here at PetPalsTN, are required now to visit PPTN via daycare or boarding at least twice a month to stay familiar with the facility. Should a client choose not to follow recommendations, they may not be guaranteed a boarding reservation and may have to pay for a temperament test after absence. Exceptions can be made by PetPalsTN Staff.

- If clients are boarding within one month of previous boarding, they may not be required to return to daycare beforehand.

- Invoices are due 48 hours prior to the dog’s arrival. Clients that have not paid their balance within that period will incur a fee for late payment up to one night’s boarding cost.
- Clients may incur an additional fee when booking last minute for boarding. This includes adding additional days while the client’s dog is currently boarding.
- Clients must provide food and proper preparations for their dog’s visit. Clients that come without food and proper preparations will be charged for the cost of food.
- Weekend Drop off and Pick up Times

- Drop off/pick up times for Saturdays: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
- If a client is late for pick up, then starting at 1:00 – 3:00 pm there is a late fee of $33, after 3:00 pm there will be a full day charge for boarding.
- Pick up times for Sundays ONLY: 12:00 – 2:00 pm, you may request to pick up after that time, however this will depend on staff availability. There will be a late charge until 4:00 pm (if available), after 4:00 pm there will be a full day charge (if available).

- All clients need to notify staff ahead of time before arriving on property at PetPalsTN. Please do not show up without confirmation of arrival before coming to PetPalsTN. This can be via text and await a response, or via phone call.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All clients using PetPalsTN Services (i.e. Daycare and Boarding) are required to have UP-TO-DATE vaccinations and signed waivers, or you may not be able to use our services.
- Clients will be notified should veterinary care be needed while the dog is at PPTN. The client is responsible for any costs that are incurred (see waiver).
- Pricing For Services:
- Boarding: 1st Dog: $66/day, $25 for each additional dog (price includes Bus Ride)
- Daycare: 1st Dog: $30/day $15 for every additional dog
$19.99 per family for Bus Ride (if available in your area)
